Reworked Economy Balance MOD

This Mod is Re-Worked Renaissance balance.
And Include Bank fix Mod(loan system is Working).

Working For 4.17b

Most of the focus on the economy and
Increased survival Chance for AI players and Bug fix

Just enjoy New-Game.

2.9 change

[Support to "Politics modification"]
- When sims try gossip talk. wait a few sec for listener.
- Embezzlement have a slightly risk by ability and difficaulty setting.

[AI]
- in the office presession, can choice a only close bribe target
- Workers home sick resloved
- when try a some social action, get closer to each other

[Office Session]
- when end of office session, relase a cutscene
  no more bind city halls door

[Pub]
- If Pub is your property, dancing, bath is no more give you credits

[Free trade]
- Cart bug and Action time error correction

[Gather Resource]
- When you gathering resource, if yours own cart is exist close to sim. that sims stack to cart.


2.8 change
Bug fix and suport "Politics modification"
- when start office session kill the wait time
so, electors can not escape building without vote
as side effect, no more Sync Errors call by office session.

- in office session, camera view bug fix

- AI is have more chance  try to bribe

MOD Bug fix
- Workers behavior action Error fix

ETC Change
- bribe cost turn down only when a target is players
else case return back old price + alpha (before v2.7 or more higher)



Now, compatible to Politik-Modification
Step 1) installed mods Reworked economy balance MOD, Politik-Modification v0.6b
Step 2) "__with Politics modification 0.6.zip" inside files put in your Game folder
Step 3) Start a New game

OR,
Step 1) REB2.9 with Politics modification 0.6c.zip unpack and put in your Game folder (that action is try to replace your files.)
Step 2) Start a New game

Did you also make some balances on the market? The "use of items" sometimes seem to be a kind of senseless. (For example: Diamonds are sold on the market even in there isn't one building needing it)

This Mod/fix could have a problem, I have a game of 80+ years  and after loading and after a few minutes playing the market appears full (all the spaces in market-resources i dont know if it affects to other area of the market) with stacks of wheat with 9999 units each one is annoying because you cannot sell anything and I think that is not real and satisfactory for the game experience.

I use the Politics modification and I want to ask, if your Mod works with the other mod. If it doesn't work, can you tell me, what I must change, that I can burgle a house with more than 3 thiefs. Because when I take 4 and one thief stand there and get nothing is really annoying...

burgle a house is only can do 1 ~ 3 thief (same house)
i change that for Economy Balance.

if you dosen't want change that things
just copy this file in the 4.15 patch
\Scripts\Measures\ms_066_BurgleAHouse.lua

and put in game directory "\Scripts\Measures\"

If you'd save that file with UTF-8 encoding then maybe we could translate it via google translate :)
But atm. my editor says it's an ANSI file and all your korean characters are broken :/

Changed file incodeing to UTF-8 style.

but,
google translate is poooooooooooor performance have it.

when i tryed that Korean -> English -> German -> Korean
just i give up translate
cuz i can't understanding that language means (as K->E->G->K)

I tested, and had many people take out loans, but never got paid back. Do I have to ask them to pay me back or should it happen automatically?

Also, bank employees can no longer use the Offer Credit measure. Only the bank owner can do this, and I'm not sure if that is intentional.

I am using 4.17b and also the "Buy Buildings & Rogue Roles Combo", but that one only modifies Filter.dbt and MeasureToObjects.dbt. I'm not sure if they're interfering. Other than that, I like what you've done. I looked through some of your scripts and I can tell a lot of effort went into this  :)

1. Can you see debtors Count in OrderCredit menu?
If you have not seen, did not properly patched.
(For example, after applying the patch, not start a new game ...)
 
2. How much time is spent shedding?
just 1turn? or few hour? I think they need a more time (less 1turn over)

1. no way!, if take anyone Chief chair, kick him and try again.
but MeasureToObjects.dbt has the possibility to be a problem.
(But i didn't tested that MOD)

Wow! Thanks for the fast response and fix! I can confirm that the debtor's count works correctly, and was useful for monitoring how much money was loaned out in total.

In 1.6 I lent out about 1,100 gold and waited about a turn and a half and nobody came to pay me back. I'm not sure exactly what the other options in the credit menu do, exactly. There's "close out credit account" and "cash out account" and I don't know the difference.

[Edit] Tested 1.7 and people did come back to pay off loans. Is there a way to increase the rate they pack it back or increase the amount of interest?
